The B-01 Tactical has the most printable versions:

• P.etah fixed up ZerekMasters' model and sliced it into .3mf files for the Bambu Lab A1, plus .stl files for other printers, using the standard 0.20 mm profile. The designer, whose head is on the larger side, expects it to fit most people. It's CC BY-SA, so you can share remixes.
• Wtfrykm's two-piece version is a thicker, more printable take on the game model. It has no visor, and the designer warns the visor is what holds the two halves together, so plan to make one; wood putty fills any gap.
• Ejonen's version is cut to fit most printers.

Other armor sets

• Savior of the Free: PrintOliveIt's wearable version joins with dovetails (0.20 mm tolerance), and the fin pieces fit a Prusa Mini or Ender 2, the largest being 165 mm. The designer says it slices cleanly but hadn't been printed yet when posted.
• Light Gunner: BenTheCanadian's is scaled to Budwin's sizing head number 3. The back fabric section is cut so you can use elastic instead of plastic for a better fit; the designer had printed the mask and listed the helmet as still to come.
• Infiltrator and Enforcer: both from Saltyfennel. On the Enforcer, print the cover with support or use a spacer so it sits at eye level.
• A mask: InfinytiumVerse's Helldivers mask is CC0. Print its visor film in a soft material, or use it as a template to cut thin bottle plastic.
