How to read the map
Super Earth sits at the center. Each dot is a planet in the color of the faction that holds it: blue for Super Earth, red for the Automatons, yellow for the Terminids and purple for the Illuminate. Faint lines are the supply lines between planets. Planets with a white ring have an active liberation or defense campaign, and the busiest of them carry their name and progress. The layout follows the in-game galactic map: the Automatons to the upper left, the Terminids to the upper right and the Illuminate below.

Galactic war map questions
Is this the same map as the one in the game?
It is drawn from the game's own war status, so the planets, their positions, who holds them and the supply lines match the galactic map in the game. The art is simpler: a dot per planet in its faction's color.
How often does the map update?
The planets, the active fronts and their progress refresh every five minutes while the page is open. The time of the last update shows under the map.
What does the liberation percentage mean?
On a planet held by the enemy, liberation is the share of the planet taken back so far. When it reaches 100 percent the planet returns to Super Earth. On a defense, the percentage shows how much of the attack has been held off, with the time left before the defense ends.
Why are most planets blue?
Blue planets are held by Super Earth. The fighting happens on the edges, where Super Earth space meets the Automatons, the Terminids and the Illuminate, which is why the active fronts cluster near the colored regions.
Where does the data come from?
Planet positions, owners, supply lines and the active fronts all come from helldiverstrainingmanual.com, the same community feed the Major Order tracker uses, which reads the game's live war status.
