ARC Raiders next Expedition.
Expeditions are ARC Raiders' only wipe, and they are optional: you build a Caravan, sign up during a scheduled window, and your Raider departs, resetting progress in exchange for permanent rewards. Embark ran five windows between December 2025 and September 2026, about ten weeks apart. The 5th departs on September 29, 2026, and Embark says it is the last Expedition until early 2027, when they return with major improvements. Buffs you have earned carry through the pause.

Frozen Trail arrives October 8, 2026
Embark calls Frozen Trail its biggest update since launch: a new map, new ARC enemies, a Reward Pass and a Skill Tree rework, per its first look (Sep 23, 2026). Embark has not given a release time. Trials are paused until the same day.

What an Expedition resets, and what you keep
Resets when you depart
Skill Tree, Level, Stash, Workshop, Crafting Abilities and Blueprints. From the 5th Expedition, resetting your quest progress is your choice.
You keep
Permanent unlocks: skill points earned by departing, extra stash space and cosmetics. Buffs grow over consecutive departures and persist through the pause.

When is the next ARC Raiders Expedition?
Embark has paused Expeditions after the 5th, which departs on September 29, 2026. In its announcement Embark says the fifth Expedition is the last one until early 2027, when Expeditions return with major improvements. No date for the 6th had been announced when this page was checked on September 26, 2026.
When does the 5th Expedition window close?
On September 29, 2026 at 10:00 CEST, 08:00 UTC or 1:00 AM PT. Everyone who signed up departs at that moment, and there is no last call this time, so you have to sign up in game before the window closes.
Does ARC Raiders wipe?
Only if you choose to. The Expedition is a voluntary reset: departing resets your Skill Tree, Level, Stash, Workshop, Crafting Abilities and Blueprints, in exchange for permanent unlocks such as skill points, extra stash space and cosmetics, plus buffs that grow with consecutive departures. If you skip an Expedition, your progress stays.
Do I lose my Expedition buffs during the pause?
No. Embark says any consecutive buffs you have earned persist during the pause, so no progress is lost.
