Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. Processing times may be extended during high order volume, product launches, or major holidays.

Shipping options, rates, and available delivery regions are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and current availability. Shipping regions may change over time as fulfillment options expand.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Holidays and Peak Periods

During major holidays, carrier service interruptions, or peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

PropBuilds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped. If your package appears lost or experiences significant delays, please contact us and we will assist however possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
