Refund policy

Every PropBuilds kit is made to order. Below is the policy on returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
Because each kit is 3D-printed, packed, and shipped on demand, PropBuilds does not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Build difficulty
- Misjudged size or scale
- Buyer's remorse after assembly has started
Please read product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and the FAQ on each product page carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Missing Parts
If a part arrives damaged, defective, or is missing from your order, I will mail you a free replacement.
To request a replacement, email contact@propbuilds.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or missing part
- A short description of the issue
Replacements typically ship within 1 to 2 business days at no cost to you. Replacements are not full refunds. The original purchase is not refunded as part of this process.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email contact@propbuilds.com as quickly as possible. Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been printed or shipped, which is typically within 24 hours of order placement. Once printing has started or the kit has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to PropBuilds due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you can:
- Pay the actual cost to reship the package to a corrected address, or
- Receive a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable in this scenario)
5. Lost in Transit
If tracking shows that your package has not moved for an extended period or has been marked lost by the carrier, email contact@propbuilds.com with your order number. I will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. PropBuilds does not refund these charges. If a package is refused, abandoned at customs, or returned because the customer did not pay applicable duties, the order is not eligible for a refund.
