Fallout's wearable helmets to 3D print are mostly free on Printables: the NCR Ranger helmet mask (306 likes), a Fallout 4 T-60 power armor helmet (268 likes) and the Enclave helmet, all by Jace1969, plus a Fallout 76 Secret Service helmet that snaps together with magnets. The most-liked Fallout helmet file on Printables isn't wearable at all: it's a T-51b helmet dice tower, with 784 likes.

We re-read the 26 on Printables live on October 1, 2026 and kept the ones their designers describe as a helmet or mask you could wear or build out. Likes are Printables' counts that day; every note comes from the designer's description.

Most of these need work. Jace1969 says the T-60 hasn't been split into print-ready parts yet, and the Advanced Enclave power helmet remix may need heavy modification to fit a head. App-Forgery's Secret Service helmet is the most finished: the face mask and dome snap together on 10 x 2 mm magnets, and the flashlight works with a single LED. On Cults3D, a 1:1 X-01 cosplay helmet is a paid file and a Ranger power armor helmet is free; the Fallout print library links both.
Full power armor suits
Full suits are a bigger project. Jace1969's T-51 full body armour stands 6.4 feet (193 cm) tall, but its uploader says it's by no means ready to print, and the T-60 full armour and frame is a Pepakura conversion with mesh errors to fix. They're starting points for an experienced builder, not weekend prints.
Power armor figures and display pieces
For the shelf, there's more choice. The most-liked figure in our catalog is an articulated T-60 on MakerWorld (1,832 likes when we recorded it). On Printables, mt_benno uploaded CC0 models taken from the Fallout 4 game files: a T-60 with a minigun, a T-45, a T-51 with a rifle and an X-01, and Hans Schulz repaired an X-01 for printing. The T-51b dice tower now has a 26 mm hole for dice.

Finishing
Power armor looks best battered. Prime with Rust-Oleum filler and sandable primer, paint, then rub Rub n Buff Silver Leaf on the edges for worn metal; the finishing guide covers the steps. A helmet padding kit makes a wearable helmet comfortable, and small 6 x 3 mm magnets hold removable parts (App-Forgery's helmet calls for 10 x 2 mm ones).
