Katanas
- Collapsing: 3D Printing World's Tanjiro, Rengoku and Zenitsu katanas print in place as one part with no supports (a 0.4 mm nozzle works best). Try the designer's test print first. Zenitsu's fabric tassel prints flat and is shaped with a heat gun.
- Full size: iicedgeorge scaled Zenitsu's katana up and cut it into parts for small printers, ReProps' Inosuke swords are split for small printers and filament-welded, and Neferupitou's CC0 Inosuke katana was glued without a metal rod, so it's for display.
Glue sword sections with gel super glue and smooth them with filler and sandable primer before paint.
Earrings, keychains and charms
ZachryWD's Hanafuda earrings are 70 mm long, the most common retail size, and fit common earring hardware; the colors come from changes at set layers, and there are keychain versions. 3Diddy's are 70 x 23 mm with a 2 mm hole, made to print in one piece using the slicer's color painting. Mr. Matt Makes Stuff has several character keychains (pause and swap, or an MMU), Delphant's Hanafuda keychain prints in colored sections glued together, and Justin Stoner made a Croc charm.
Figures
Peter Farell has Tanjiro, Inosuke, Nezuko and Tengen Uzui. White Owl Studios' Nezuko is 1/8 scale, and Tanz modeled Akaza. Paint them with the Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic starter set. The Demon Slayer print library lists all 263 files.
