The most-liked Star Wars file to 3D print is Willi's B1 battle droid kit card, with 14,905 likes on Printables, just ahead of Eastman's Darth Vader bust, the most downloaded file in the library. Kit cards, planters and Mandalorian gear fill the rest. Lightsabers and Grogu have their own rankings (linked at the end).

How we ranked them. The PropBuilds Star Wars print library lists 727 files, all on Printables. We read every one live on October 1, 2026 and ranked them by likes. Every note comes from the designer's description.

Kit cards

Kit cards print flat and snap together like a model kit. Willi's B1 battle droid leads the library, and the same designer has a pit droid. fixumdude's BD-1 and Millennium Falcon are next, Nakozen's X-Wing hangs on a tree or a mirror, basti30's snowflake X-Wing is a Christmas ornament (CC BY), and Aron made a Droideka.

Mandalorian and Halloween

  • stevenmarx shows how to print TheBrokenNerd83's Mandalorian helmet in sizes S, M and L, and GamerForge's full costume adds armor, a jetpack and a blaster; scale the parts to your size.
  • UnimatrixRed's Darksaber splits Polymath314's design by color, so it needs no paint.
  • Printed Obsession's 30 cm Mandalorian figure is CC BY.

Fill helmet seams with filler and sandable primer, pad the helmet with a helmet padding kit, glue armor parts with gel super glue, and paint with the Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic starter set.

Busts, planters and ships

Eastman's Vader bust and Stormtrooper helmet on a pedestal are display pieces (the helmet is not meant to be worn), and Fotis Mint Studios' Yoda bust prints without supports. CalebTimoteo's AT-AT and Death Star planters double as pen holders. DanielAlex's Imperial Star Destroyer is 160 mm long at 1:10,000 scale in four versions (CC BY), Kirby Downey's 1:75 AT-AT has 15 points of articulation and goes together without glue, and TheCraftyMaker's Tatooine shadow box stacks 5 numbered plates. The Star Wars print library lists all 727 files.

Lightsabers have their own ranking: lightsaber 3D print files, led by 3D Printing World's collapsing saber and 3D E's build-your-own parts. So does Grogu.
