The most-liked Five Nights at Freddy's file to 3D print is Gabgra11's wearable Glamrock Freddy head, with 1,109 likes on Printables: its jaw is hinged so it opens as you talk. With Halloween coming, the masks are the stars, and ninjakitty7's Marionette mask is the one that fits small printers. For the shelf, bcool1313's articulated Springtrap leads the figures.
How we ranked them. The PropBuilds FNAF print library lists 232 files, all on Printables. We read every one live on October 1, 2026 and ranked them by likes. Every note comes from the designer's description.

FNAF masks for Halloween
- Glamrock Freddy: Gabgra11 added a hinged jaw and widened the neck hole of Official_Dino55's head. The hinges need two skateboard bearings, and rubber bands spring the jaw shut. The eyes in the designer's build use 16-LED WS2812 rings, and the finish came from Bondo spot putty, primer-filler and gloss spray paint.
- Marionette: ninjakitty7's mask is thin to save weight, prints in four quadrants joined with pegs cut from 1.75 mm filament, and has strap points on the back. Plan on just over 48 hours of printing.
- Springtrap: there's a Springtrap mask too.
For any of them, filler and sandable primer smooths the layers before paint and a helmet padding kit makes a full head comfortable for a night of trick-or-treating.
Figures
bcool1313's articulated Springtrap comes with four swap heads (closed, open, laughing, and one with an axe in it), plus a knife and an axe; a second version follows his Dead by Daylight look, and MysticCreativity remixed it for Carbon 13. Codi has Glamrock Freddy, Foxy and Montgomery Gator with movable joints, Peter Farell's Freddy Fazbear has an integrated endoskeleton, and MystChic Art's plushie figures need no supports and are CC0.
Working props
HendrikxWorkshop built an animatronic Bonnie (three build videos, with the parts list in their descriptions) and an animatronic Nightmare Cupcake their daughter chose. Liam L.'s FNAF 1 door and light button works with a single rocker light switch, and Foobar54 made a Freddy's arcade token for the movie release. A gel super glue handles the small parts. The FNAF print library lists all 232 files, and the video game Halloween helmets and masks guide covers costume pieces from other games.
