PropFortress's About page says it formed in 2023 as a small team of propmakers based in the US and Australia, and that its designs are produced by @plasticbruv and @Condorman. 139 of its 176 TF2-tagged listings carry a Plasticbruv tag. Its store terms say the props are 3D printed in PLA and hand assembled, and are scaled to match their real-world counterparts while staying slightly oversized for the TF2 look, so pieces for different classes share one scale on a shelf. Several larger pieces, such as the Rocket Launcher, Medigun and Sniper Rifle, also list PVC in their build. If you would rather print your own, PropFortress also sells 9 STL files, including the Pyro Mask (USD 15.00) and the Gunslinger (USD 20.00). These are affiliate links.

Greencade sells a separate range of 10 TF2 listings. Two are regular listings, not pre-orders: a Frontier Justice (USD 259.00) that Greencade describes as hand-painted resin, and a Golden Wrench (USD 149.00) in hand-painted solid plastic. Both listings say they are made on demand, with a processing time of 7 to 40 days. The other 8 are pre-orders: a Dispenser (USD 169.00), which PropFortress does not list, the Rocket Launcher, Flame Thrower, Grenade Launcher and Medi Gun at USD 569.00 each, and the Bonesaw, Kukri and Wrench at USD 319.00 each. Greencade says each pre-order is a first build that has never been produced before, with a processing time of 2 to 7 weeks that may run longer. These are affiliate links.
Yes, as display and cosplay props. PropFortress tags 176 of its listings for Team Fortress 2, covering all nine classes plus masks, hats and STL files, and 174 could be ordered on Sep 25, 2026. Greencade sells a smaller TF2 range of 10 listings, 8 of them pre-orders.
On Sep 25, 2026, the one-per-class picks in the table ran from USD 60.00 for the Heavy's Sandvich to USD 600.00 for the Pyro's Flame Thrower, which could be ordered only in Australium. Small pieces cost less: a Bonk! can was USD 25.00 and the Butterfly Knife USD 49.00.
No. PropFortress's store terms say its props are not real or imitation firearms, are 3D printed in PLA and come with an orange cap. The Grenade Launcher listing says it can in no way be made to fire. PropFortress ships worldwide but warns that some countries restrict importing prop firearms, so check your local rules first.
PropFortress says most items are made to order, with a lead time of at least 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch, and up to a month for larger orders. The Rocket Launcher and Grenade Launcher listings ask for 3 to 4 weeks for production and delivery. Pre-order items can take a few weeks to months.
Nothing on either store says so. PropFortress's About page says: "We are not affiliated with Valve Software and do this purely for the love of the game." Greencade's TF2 listings do not mention a license from Valve, and PropBuilds is not affiliated with Valve.
