Major Order Reading the war API War tracker Warbond Castellan's Creed, August 12

Helldivers 2 is a uniform game. Everyone drops in the same B-01 Tactical armor, so the props that matter are the ones that say which Helldiver you are: the helmet, the cape, the dog tags, the stratagem you call in most. That shapes both scenes. On the buying side there is a licensed Dark Horse line of 1:4 helmets small enough for a desk, plus hand-built 1:1 replicas of the AR-23 Liberator, the SG-225 Breaker and the stratagem ball. On the printing side the community leans into wearable armor and flat wall pieces: helmet shells, chest and thigh plates, stratagem code plaques that read instantly to anyone who has played, and dog tags that print in an evening. Everything below is fan made or third party unless it says otherwise, and every card links back to its source.

// WHAT TO PRINT
// BUILD TIME, HONESTLY
An evening Dog tags, a stratagem plaque, a set of keycaps. Flat, no supports, a color swap instead of paint. Start here if the printer is new.
A weekend A sentry model, a stratagem ball, a Helldiver miniature, or one armor plate finished properly. Multi part but forgiving, and each one reads as Helldivers from across the room.
A few weeks A wearable B-01 helmet: print, fill, sand, prime, paint, then sort the visor, padding and strap. Measure your own head first, because the shells are modelled to look right, not to fit you.
A whole warbond Full drop kit: helmet, chest, thighs, knees, cape and a rifle. Kilograms of filament, a lot of glue and straps, and a real reason to check what the next Warbond looks like before you paint.

// FAQ
Where can I download Helldivers 2 STL files for 3D printing?
Fan made Helldivers 2 models live on Printables, Cults3D and MakerWorld. The Helldivers print library pulls the good ones into one curated directory of 278 models, and every card links straight to the source page where you download the file. PropBuilds does not host STL files. Fan models get reworked or pulled from time to time, so treat each link as fan made and subject to change.
Where can I buy a Helldivers 2 helmet replica?
Two very different things get called a helmet replica. Dark Horse makes an officially licensed 1:4 scale line, roughly 4.5 inches on a display stand, currently covering the B-01 Tactical, Hero of the Federation and Field Chemist helmets. Those are desk pieces, not wearables. If you want something you can actually put on, a full-size handmade B-01 with a padded interior and a see-through visor runs about $198 built to order. Both routes are listed side by side in the physical props catalog.
What is the easiest Helldivers 2 prop to 3D print?
A stratagem plaque or a set of dog tags. Both are flat, print in an evening without supports, and are recognised instantly by anyone who has played. After that, stratagem keycaps are the best small step up because they need tolerance rather than finishing work. Save the helmet and the armor set until you are comfortable filling and sanding, since those are as much bodywork as printing.
Is it legal to 3D print Helldivers 2 props?
Helldivers is a registered trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, and Helldivers 2 is developed by Arrowhead Game Studios AB. Printing a model for your own personal use is generally tolerated in the maker community as tribute work, but selling unlicensed prints is very likely infringement. Individual creators also set their own license on each file, and plenty of community models are non-commercial only, so read the terms on the source page before you print. PropBuilds is not affiliated with Arrowhead or Sony and makes no licensing guarantees.
What is the next Helldivers 2 Warbond?
Arrowhead announced the HELLDIVERS 2 x Warhammer 40,000: Castellan's Creed Legendary Warbond on July 30, 2026, for release on August 12, 2026. Warbonds do not follow a fixed schedule: 2026 alone has seen gaps from a couple of weeks to about fifteen, and one warbond was publicly delayed, so treat any pattern you read elsewhere as a guess rather than a calendar.
What is the current Major Order in Helldivers 2?
Major Orders are issued by Super Earth High Command and rotate constantly, sometimes inside 48 hours, so there is no fixed duration to quote. The chip at the top of this page reads the live order from the community war API, and our Helldivers 2 Major Order tracker shows the full objective, the medal reward and the deadline countdown. That data is community run rather than an official Arrowhead feed, so the in-game war table is always the final word.
