Helldivers 2 is a uniform game. Everyone drops in the same B-01 Tactical armor, so the props that matter are the ones that say which Helldiver you are: the helmet, the cape, the dog tags, the stratagem you call in most. That shapes both scenes. Two very different things get called a helmet replica. Dark Horse makes an officially licensed 1:4 scale line, roughly 4.5 inches on a display stand, currently covering the B-01 Tactical, Hero of the Federation and Field Chemist helmets. Those are desk pieces, not wearables. If you want something you can actually put on, a full-size handmade B-01 with a padded interior and a see-through visor runs about $198 built to order. What is the easiest Helldivers 2 prop to 3D print?
A stratagem plaque or a set of dog tags. Both are flat, print in an evening without supports, and are recognised instantly by anyone who has played. After that, stratagem keycaps are the best small step up because they need tolerance rather than finishing work. Save the helmet and the armor set until you are comfortable filling and sanding, since those are as much bodywork as printing.
Is it legal to 3D print Helldivers 2 props?
Helldivers is a registered trademark of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, and Helldivers 2 is developed by Arrowhead Game Studios AB. Arrowhead announced the HELLDIVERS 2 x Warhammer 40,000: Castellan's Creed Legendary Warbond on July 30, 2026, for release on August 12, 2026. Warbonds do not follow a fixed schedule: 2026 alone has seen gaps from a couple of weeks to about fifteen, and one warbond was publicly delayed, so treat any pattern you read elsewhere as a guess rather than a calendar.
