Sonic screwdrivers
- MrHanjak's Ninth and Tenth Doctor screwdriver and Seventh Doctor screwdriver both print with no supports.
- Micro Center's Twelfth Doctor screwdriver (designed by studleyavocado) is mostly snap fit with a little glue.
- Roei Weingarten's Eleventh Doctor screwdriver remixes parts from a deleted Thingiverse post, and dustylavender's Fourth Doctor screwdriver was made for a Halloween costume; both are CC BY.
- NeoRame's stand looks like the TARDIS data port.
Daleks, K-9 and the Weeping Angels
MrHanjak's Dalek comes in 13 files labelled by color, and the post Time War Dalek has a rotating head and needs no supports. Audrey-2's 1/6 scale classic Dalek is made for multi-color printers, JJ Designs' Dalek kit matches Character Options action figure scale (CC BY), and SavageRodent's Dalek Buddha is a tongue-in-cheek design that never appeared on the show. K-9 comes from MrHanjak and Ristow Designs (the tail and ears are tricky). Triple G Workshop's standing and kneeling Weeping Angel style statues want tree supports and were made partly with MakerWorld's image-to-3D tool; DuncanMac's angel is sized at 66% to stand next to Daleks. Paint them with the Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic starter set.
The TARDIS, every way
- alfrenovsky's modular TARDIS (Matt Smith's) prints without supports and goes together without glue. NeoRame's 2023 TARDIS dice tower takes dice up to 19 mm.
- 3D Printy's twisty puzzle prints in place with no glue or hardware, and the same designer's trick box hides a latch.
- Inkaru's deck box fits a Magic commander deck and closes with 16 6 x 3 mm magnets.
- Around the house: CoffeeGirl713's tea box, drodfro's pen cup, rreibel's tea light holder (no supports, CC BY), Xanth's light switch covers (CC BY) and kaje's CC0 cat door that lets cats through and keeps bigger dogs out.
- Gifts: TroGeri's two-piece cookie cutter (CC BY), MrHanjak's Christmas ornaments and Martin King's keychain.
Halloween
JonS' Cyber Pumpkin comes in versions for 250 mm and 180 mm beds and is CC BY, and the same designer has a Dalek Pumpkin. The Doctor Who print library lists all 290 files.
More sci-fi rankings: Star Trek and Transformers.
