Masks and helmets
- GizmoThrill (Bill and Britt of Punished Props Academy) glued, sanded and painted their Reinhardt helmet, and filmed the whole process.
- Jace1969's Reaper Nevermore mask comes sharp or smooth; check the size before printing. Jace1969 also made a Genji helmet, enlarged so the neck is 19 cm wide.
A helmet padding kit makes a printed helmet comfortable for a night out, and filler and sandable primer hides the layer lines. The video game Halloween helmets and masks guide has more, and the padding guide covers the fit.
Weapons
- Sammy's Widow's Kiss prints at 1:1 and converts from assault rifle to sniper rifle, over 4 1/2 feet long, with telescoping barrel sections and no special tools or extra parts.
- Adafruit's Lucio blaster works, with music, sound effects and lights, and comes with build guides in the Adafruit Learning System.
- GizmoThrill's Genji shuriken prints as two halves glued together; they made one in TPU as a safer, flexible stunt prop. LokiRulez's Kiriko kunai is two parts with 2 mm alignment holes, scaled to 200 mm.
- bobmakes' Roadhog hook is life size, glued with CA glue and primed; Jace1969 has McCree's Peacemaker and Reaper's shotgun, and Samarth Jain's Tracer pulse pistol is 4 parts.
