To talk like a trooper, pick a helmet with a voice changer: Clone Captain Rex, Clone Commander Cody, Imperial Stormtrooper, Phase II Clone Trooper, Scout Trooper, Shoretrooper and Shadow Trooper. For lights in a helmet, look at Boba Fett, Moff Gideon and the death trooper, and for lights with sound, the two pilot helmets, Trapper Wolf and Carson Teva. For a lightsaber to display, every Force FX Elite listing here includes a stand. For a kid, skip the Black Series: the Lightsaber Forge sabers are listed for ages 4 and up.
Most of these listings call themselves premium electronic helmets, made to wear. Each card says what the electronics do: lights, sound, a voice changer, or a welcome light inside.
