Every kit is designed, printed, and shipped from a one-person workshop in the United States. If your question isn't here, email contact@propbuilds.com or hit the PropBuilds Discord.

How long does shipping take?

Most kits ship within 48 hours of payment. Inside the United States, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after dispatch via USPS. International orders normally land in 7-14 days depending on customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. PropBuilds ships to most of Europe (UK, Germany, France, the Nordics, etc.), Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, and a number of additional countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import fees, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.

What's the difficulty level for assembly?

Most kits are rated for first-time builders. Each product page lists a difficulty score (1-4) and an estimated build time. The Hackable Crate and Shotgun Trap are the easiest entry points; the Minicopter Display Kit takes longer because of its part count and detail.

Do I need glue or extra tools?

No glue and no paint required. Kits ship pre-printed in color-true matte PLA, snap together (or use included hardware where it counts), and are ready to display once built. A flush cutter helps cleanly remove parts from their bagged tabs, but it's optional.

What if a part is damaged or missing?

If a part arrives damaged, defective, or missing, email contact@propbuilds.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Replacement parts ship at no cost to you, usually within 1-2 business days.

Can I return a kit?

Because every kit is print-to-order, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Order cancellations are accepted only before the kit has been printed or shipped (usually within 24 hours of order placement). See the full refund policy for details.

Are these official Facepunch products?

No. PropBuilds kits are fan-made, designed and printed independently. PropBuilds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios. Rust and any in-game references remain the property of their respective owners.

How long does each kit take to build?

Most kits assemble in under an hour. The Hackable Crate and Shotgun Trap are quick afternoon builds; the Minicopter Display Kit runs longer because of its part count and detail. Each product page lists the expected build time.

Do you offer custom kits?

Not at the moment. New kits roll out based on what builders ask for in the Discord and from internal R&D. Suggest a prop you want to see and it goes on the list.
